Bulbous perenial, producing broad, dull green leaves. Flowers 18mm-31mm long, with a single green mark at the top of inner tepal.

Most soils are suitable, however, a well-drained moisture retentive soil offers best results & partial shade is preferred. Plant approx. 6cm deep in small clumps of 5 - 10 bulbs. When clumps become dense, lift & separate whilst still in leaf. Flowering from February.
